This dark red branch is wire wrapped by my hand carefully, and added tiny cubic zirconia charm.
Japanese red coral is valuable these days. Especially dark red which called Chiaka in Japanese. These coral is gathered at off coast of Kouchi prefecture in Japan.
Japanese coral has a white line through the center like a human bone.
Back side of the branches has the characteristic partially whitish or tiny hollows that is evidence of genuine Japanese coral.( the last photo is their back side)
These are high quality ,never been dyed or enhance the color.
They are absolutely different from dyed coral.
